Our story begins on the family run farm of JTK Farms. Jeff and Tanya Veldjesgraaf have been raising hogs in Oxford County for over 20 years.
We decided to branch out and offer our customers the finest farm fresh meat from our farms and other small local farms. JTK teamed up with a provincially licensed abattoir and source some of our beef from a local plant. We now bring to your table the finest cuts of pork, beef, and chicken in the county.
Small family farms make up the core of our procurement. Only the finest from our farms and others make it to you.
From farm to plate, we work hard to maintain a high quality cut that our customers demand. By combining special feeding programs and sourcing some of our meat from local packing plants, we bring you the best quality to your table. We offer custom cuts of local and Canadian meat to walk in customers as well as self serve freezers. We also have large order options for those who are looking at packages. We differ from other meat retailers because we only offer local and Canadian meats. We offer only 100% Canadian beef that has been aged a minimum of 21 days. We only use AAA graded or higher. Raised on a corn and grain diet antibiotic free. All of our steaks are delivered fresh to you, never frozen.
Our pork only comes from awesome local and Ontario farmers proud of what we raise. Raised on grains and hormone free.
