Boneless BBQ Pork Chops
Juicy, smoky and full of flavour.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 to 1 inch thick
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- BBQ sauce, for glazing
Directions
- Pat the pork chops dry and rub them with olive oil.
- Combine the seasonings and coat both sides of each pork chop evenly.
- Allow the pork chops to sit for 15–20 minutes while the grill heats to medium-high.
- Grill for 4–5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chops.
- Brush the pork chops with BBQ sauce during the final 2 minutes of cooking.
- Cook until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Allow the pork chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Pro Tip
Do not overcook the pork chops, as boneless chops can dry out quickly. Remove them from the grill at 145°F and allow them to rest for the juiciest results.
