Boneless BBQ Pork Chops

Boneless BBQ Pork Chops

Juicy, smoky and full of flavour.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 to 1 inch thick
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • BBQ sauce, for glazing

Directions

  1. Pat the pork chops dry and rub them with olive oil.
  2. Combine the seasonings and coat both sides of each pork chop evenly.
  3. Allow the pork chops to sit for 15–20 minutes while the grill heats to medium-high.
  4. Grill for 4–5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chops.
  5. Brush the pork chops with BBQ sauce during the final 2 minutes of cooking.
  6. Cook until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  7. Allow the pork chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Pro Tip

Do not overcook the pork chops, as boneless chops can dry out quickly. Remove them from the grill at 145°F and allow them to rest for the juiciest results.
